Nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, no contact form and no newsletter. The station, pay grade and dependency status you look at are part of the page address; they are not submitted anywhere, and nothing you select is stored or transmitted by this site.
Rate pages are built when you ask for them, by a program running on Cloudflare’s network that reads the figures from a database of published DTMO rates. That database holds rates, station names and ZIP codes. It holds nothing about you, and there is nowhere in it for anything about you to go.
Like any web host, Cloudflare records ordinary request logs — IP address, user agent, the page requested — for delivery and abuse prevention. Those logs are the host’s, kept under their retention policy, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
No analytics are running on this site. Nothing measures your visit.
This site is funded by advertising and uses Google AdSense. Ads are not being displayed yet, so nothing described here is happening on your visit today. It is set out in advance rather than after the fact, because you should be able to read what a site intends before it starts doing it.
Once ads run, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve them, and may serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. No information this site holds about you is passed to them — there is none to pass.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices. For more on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google’s partner-sites policy.
Advertising cookies require your consent before they are set. When ads begin running, a consent notice appears on your first visit from those regions and nothing non-essential is stored until you choose. Declining costs you nothing: every rate page works in full without cookies, without consent, and with JavaScript switched off entirely.
You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the same notice.
Blocking cookies or using an ad blocker does not restrict any part of this site. Every rate page works with JavaScript disabled entirely — the numbers are in the page itself, not fetched afterwards.
This site is a reference for service members and their families and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
