Rates are a snapshot. DTMO revises the table annually and occasionally reissues a single housing area mid-year. A page is current as of its stated effective date, not as of the moment you read it.
The underlying rates are a work of the United States government and are not subject to copyright. You may quote, reuse and redistribute the figures freely. Attribution is appreciated but not required; citing the DoD Defense Travel Management Office directly is equally correct.
The site’s own text, layout and code are not part of that release. Bulk automated retrieval that degrades the service for others is not permitted — if you want the whole dataset, download the Excel or CSV export instead, which exists for exactly that purpose.
